Take too long to sear
It'll take twice as long putting the meat on a hot cast iron pan, it works good on melting cheese on a burger, but that's about it, cast iron pan is cheaper

The price was unbelievable and the irons were new, I saved $600.00 off the original price 3 of them still had the wrappers on them. To top it off I had a hole in one with the nine iron
