L-carnitine bottle

I regard NOW products as very good quality and trust this brand. However, I just started to use this L-carnitine bottle and I am quite disappointed not with the product itself but with the bottle. I will try to explain with my poor English as follows: (1) the aluminium foil that closes the tbottle is difficult to remove and need to use a knife (2) the paper (or whatever is the material) that covers inside the cap (top of inner part of the cap) is totally torn and removed after 3-time use.
