Good book for the independent investor
It was an easy read and very easy for a non professional to understand. Since it was written in the 1980's, some of the content is dated but a lot of the principles are still valid.

Good for what I needed
Its a cheap but useful rack. I needed something to do squats, benches, and pullups in the 200-300 lb range. This fits that need. I wouldn't put more than 300 lbs on it, though. The powder coating has a lot of flaws. I payed $60 for it, I probably would not pay retail ($200). I like that it has band pegs and weight storage for standard plates.
