Exploring the private sea
psychologists say that 95% of our mind is sub- conscious, and I personally believe that our bodies are self healing machines constantly searching for homeostasis. The stress level of modern living is constantly knocking our bodies out of wack. Michael does a lot of research and presents it in an easy to read format that almost anyone can understand. Medical evidence that shows beyond a doubt the benefits of floating, as well as confirming my belief of the body being a self healing machine. Any honest doctor will tell you that they don't heal anyone. It's the person and their choices that does the healing. I for one am taking up floating after being truly inspired by Michael's book. Good read.

A nice addition to the shower
It makes the shower look clean it's very well made
