Terk FM+
2 of 2 found this helpful I should have known better than to buy this Terk. (Is that short for turkey, or TURD?). Other reviews of table top antennas suggest that an outdoor antenna is better. The station I was trying to receive was at 102.9 FM and it is about 49 miles as the crow flys. The Terk FM+ is probably best for someone that has plenty of stations to pick from. This antenna offers NO directionality, as a result more noise. Until someone comes up with an directional indoor antenna that can zoom in on particular frequencies I will no longer look at indoor designs.

Slow hardware, better OS.
Not really fast enough for several tasks. Maybe I'm just used to the game system I have as well.
Loading Ubuntu and using it was all easy and the operating system is so much better than Windows. Several versions of linex are available. I picked Ubuntu because I like music.

Have someone else do it, connectors are trickey.
The battery is great, but the Iphone software still thinks it's the old battery. Another trick from Apple? Also had problems with the small connectors for the camera hookup. I would recommend someone who fixes these on a consistant basis to do the install.
