be sure headset is usb
Made three calls to Nuance to try to get it to work, still not working properly. product would not write text into this box I had to do the text into office program copy and paste here. product came with headphones with plug-in jacks that would not work on my computer laptop I had to go by new headphones with the USB ports connections added additional cost of $26. Can not get the product working in Facebook either, frustrating took me four hours on the phone with nuance to get set up working as poorly as it is.
