After over 48 years of Brick and Mortar, Retail experience I was let go from my job. I decided to start up my own e-commerce sales site. My goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction.     Item has been used as evidenced by the partially stripped head of the lateral adjusting screw. The packaging was in very good shape. So, I am going to assume that the seller was unaware of this flaw and that the use came from his supplier. The packaging for shipment was fine and delivery was prompt. The headache of going through a "return" is not worth it at this point as the sight seems to work.
