  I bought this item because it said "NEW IN PACKAGE," but it arrived in an OPEN BOX, with clear signs of having been used—minimally, but used. The problem arises when I test it and the internal DAC doesn't work. I told the seller, but instead of offering me a comprehensible alternative, I've only received denials of responsibility.

  This buyer is in Ecuador. My listing was for US domestic sales only. The shipping address was a freight forwarder, the item was exported to Ecuador. The item when sent was 100% new. As a responsible vendor, when I receive a product for an international source, I open the box to check for concealed damage. The item had never been used. This buyer also contacted me over 30 days after delivery. They then attempted to extort me for money based on the feedback system. Do not do business with them.
