Amazing quality with an affordable cost
Very happy with this product!
- Mic quality is superb
- Customisation is simple, bass boost, voice clarity, sound normalisation etc.
- Ear Muffs are big and comfortable, doesn't squeeze your head while in use
- Very good surround sound quality
Was recommended by a friend who owns the first version, was sceptical at first but was very pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth picking up!

Comfortable and does its job
The metal mesh isn't that tough so putting a very heavy laptop on top isn't ideal. The rubber stops do their job and are removeable, which can then be moved around to fit the size of your device. The material is very comfortable on my lap and it is grippy enough to ensure that it slides as little as possible on a table.
The fans themselves are alright, I don't use them unless my device is doing something heavy.
Cable management is spot on, there are two clips on the left and right side where you can place the cable head into. The cable can reach either side with plenty of cable remaining so you don't have to worry about cable length or the cable not reaching your USB ports. Infact, if you have a front USB port, it will be enough to reach there unless it's in the middle of the laptop chill mat.
Fans are audible, but are still fairly quiet. And aren't a bother with prolonged use. (At least to me based on my preferences as well as the mat that I received)

Well worth the purchase
Comes with a 1.5m optical cable and a 1m power cable/outlet and does its job for a very affordable price. Generous length of the two convinced me to buy here and I'm very pleased!
