Way too slow. 32 hrs. for soup and still not cooked.
It didn't work the first time we tried it. We tried to make 13 Bean Soup, which we've made frequently on the stove top before. After 32 hours of cooking we threw the soup away. It was still crunchy.
Maybe that's too hard a test. Or this may be a defective model. We can't tell. Will try one more thing from a recipe book. If that doesn't work, we'll send it back.
