An excellent product and purchase. Really chuffed 😊

Very good. Does what it says and my legs do not go to sleep (numbing effect) as with alot of other stools and cushions. Been meditating for over 20 years and the stool has opened up my practice. It allows inner energies to circulate much more efficiently as the spine is kept straight; so allowing me to fucus on the meditation as opposed to numbing in my legs and feet. This is unique in style as it has a curve in its design, which is why it works so well. Definitely worth buying with cushion provided. An excellent purchase!

Excellent in terms of content!

Excellent in terms of content! Was really getting into it until dvd 2 refused to be played. Anyhow went straight to dvd 3 and still maintained a great watch as I found it a very insightful, enjoyable viewing; and very nostalgic as I have vague memories of it as a child when it was first shown on UK TV.
