wow. a masterpiece from amouage.

this one caught me off guard. i don’t like amouage scents pre 2019 as the old creative director produced bland scents that didn’t perform well in my opinion (except reflection man, i love that one).ever since the new creative director took over, they’ve produced smash hits in my opinion. overture man is no exception! it is a masterpiece. you’ll pick up cognac, sandalwood, and smoky notes with a little bit of an animalic notes. don’t let the animalic part scare you. it’s very subtle and in the background. this cologne is undoubtedly masculine and has excellent performance. projects heavily for the first 2-3 hours and then sits closer to the skin with excellent silage for the 8+ hour life of the scent. this is one of my favorite fragrances of all time. absolute masterclass in quality, scent, and performance. all i can say is wow.

nuclear performing fruity tropical scent

this is a fruity, tropical scent. smells amazing but can be overpowering. 2-3 sprays will fill up a room. longevity is 12+ hours and it will project heavily for the life of the scent. it leans unisex, but to me it’s more on the feminine side. don’t let that deter you though as this is xerjoff’s best selling fragrance for a reason.

Delicious Plum

By far my favorite Initio scent. This fragrance is a compliment getting machine. It has a prominent plum note with woods in the background. It’s incredibly smooth and intoxicating. It leans unisex but I pull it off easily and the ladies melt over this stuff. Truly unique and gorgeous scent. Performance is VERY good. 10 hours longevity with medium projection. This stuff has a great scent trail and people will notice it. Get this scent if you like plums, you won’t regret it.
