Definitely does the job
Obviously a Magpul knockoff, cheap plastic and poor quality molding, but I shaved the swarf off with a knife, installed it on my rifle, good to go! Solid fit, no play whatsoever, and definitely performs its job. It even has "Magpul" stamped on it, which is mildly funny, but for $4 vs $35, this is the way to go.
