Best ear plugs on the market.
Used these for years. Started with motorcycle camping. They work, don't hurt, and feel soft.

Did nothing
This did nothing. I do not eat junk food. I eat properly. But my 10% over weight norm is apparently genetic. This product was a waste of time.
