Swiss Army Knife
It is a Swiss Army Knife. I feel their reputation for quality speaks for itself. I have always wanted one, I am 52 years old and finally have one. I would have liked to have that huge $300.00 one but very happy and satisfied with the $69.00 knife. I do not feel you can go wrong with a Swiss Army Knife no matter what size. I would recommend obtaining one. Very good quality and very happy.

Cinnamon Capsules
Being diabetic for a long time it helps a great deal with regulating blood sugar. I highly recommend for those with diabetes.
