  The Wenger Commander was securely boxed and bubble wrapped. Probably overkill. I’m not complaining, I’m just saying packaging was more than adequate. Knife in pretty good shape.   I'm sorry that the mail service lost the package. This was out of my control. I think you new this .Buy looking at the tracking. You were paid back from me Not eBay. The Post Office Also paid me back for they lost the package. Why would you give me a Neutral Rating.It was not my fault that it was lost in shipping.
