Dell DJ 30 GB Junk
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this Dell because it was a good price and would have more memory than my former Phillips MP3 player. The jukebox software is cumbersome, there are NO upgrades available for Vista, and mine died without warning after only a little use. I tried rebooting, reformatting, reinstalling firmware and there is an apparent hard drive problem within the unit. There are no more upgrades for the software and Dell does not stand by its product. VERY DISSATISFIED.
