ISP Nightmare!
0 of 2 found this helpful Sorry for the 3-star, but I had to return this as I could not get it to function through the Netgear router to our Phillips smart tv. I bought a new Arris from Staples and that would not connect either. After removing and setting up Time Warner modem in its original way, voila'! we had tv. Really feel it was TW and not either of the modems, but after 5-6 hours of hassle, I through the towel in. Would liked to have saved the $10/month with a $13 investment, but no such luck. Everyone I talked to said they had NO trouble with the set up and TW alleges that all the components were working. TW, Phillips and Netgear were relatively helpful(Netgear never called back after a disconnect), but for now it is not worth the stress for $10 saving, it is just the principal of the thing.
