Parts of the book were very helpful; others were not.

It was a denomonational book (Catholoicism mentioned in various occasions); I don't see why Catholicism had to be mentioned as often as it did. I am not Catholic & thought that the 10 GOSPEL reasons to help one getting older would stick solely to the Word of God. Personally, I beieve there are alot of traditions that are not Bible that are strictly "traditions" followed by the Catholic faith. I felt some of the promises were very helpful, but many were just so-so, common sense. Stick to the word of God when using the scriptures to help people, not your denomination. I don't believe 'demominations' exist with God-- I believe the following of His word and studying of his word is what will lead you to truth, not denominations....
