Fantastic entry level commercial machine.
I have used a number of Rancilio Epoca S1's and I recommend them. They are easy to work on and pull a wonderful shot of espresso. I would say that an E61 brew system is slightly superior, but the Epoca S1 has a nearly 4 liter boiler, which provides excellent power to steam and brew at the same time all day long. It's an entry level commercial machine, so you can expect more from it.
Personally, I like the Epoca E models more with the automatic volumizer controls. It's more expensive but in my opinion, it's worth it. The S1 has a tank and the E needs to be plumbed in. The E model also has a far superior pump.

Best espresso machine I've used
For anything that works on 120V, I would have to say this is the best machine I've ever used. Keep in mind that the boiler is right around 4 liters. Excellent temperature control, power, stability, and the ability to be plumbed or use its own water reservoir. It's built like a tank. Just keep in mind this is a large machine. But it's also capable of 70 cups an hour with perfect crema every time.

The new models are better
I've been using evaporative coolers for years, mostly with military applications, and I am very familiar with the older portacools. They can easily last over twenty years. The Jetstream 240 is a small, but very efficient unit that works well. The fan can be incredibly powerful but the 240 will still cool if you slow it down quite a bit to save your ears. I use it with my 1000 sq ft garage and it works fine for this application. The build quality is fantastic, I'm very impressed. It would seem the newer models have worked out some of the problems with the older ones. Also, as with most things, get the biggest one you can store and afford. It never hurts to go bigger, but I'm pretty good with the 240.
