Wusthof Santoku
1 of 1 found this helpful Extra sharp, I have the 5" and the 7" and they are my go to knives. Wusthof is a great brand and you won't go wrong with any of them. (Just research first, some are not tempered stainless and are just stamped Stainless)

fine chest with one problem
The biggest problem I see is that the slots are too wide for the spoons, forks, etc, so everything just sloshes around, banging into one another. Besides this it's a good value, light, and well made, and would probably buy it again.

Dooney and Bourke this families new favorite
My wife was hung up on a certain brand, but I saw Dooney Bourke's and was impressed with the craftsmanship, when it arrived it didn'y disappoint. Well made, quality leather . I plan on buying more and next time she can pick it out. I selected a color and style she would not ordinarily select, she loves it.
