  This item is not New In Box. It is used. There are coffee grounds inside it. The iser manual is just an downloaded printout from the internet and paper-clipped. You really need to understand what "New in Box" means in a listing. It means New, as in not used. Very disappointed in the seller and Ebay. Never again.

  Item as described, but got here the day after Christmas. Seller mistakenly mailed it slower than Priority Mail. However, seller was very professional and offered to make things right, which I really appreciate. In the end, the album got here in one piece and my kid loves it, so that‘s all that really matters. Overall, it was a positive experience with exemplary customer service and great communication. I would absolutely recommend this seller and would not hesitate to buy from him again. :)
