I didn't think much at first...
1 of 2 found this helpful ... cause they seem to be slow to react. Make sure you take any thing of this sort on an empty stomach.
These do work and I have tried several others, however only take half of one. Cause that is all you need. The acid reflex is the worse though. So make sure you have something for that. Beet root seems to help a lot. Try to stay away from fast foods. Although like many good ones a craving for Beef sometimes happens.
