From HDD to SSD
Short and sweet, anyone contemplating upgrading from a HDD to an SSD, just do it, my laptop, running windows 10, i7, 8GB RAM. Boots in less than 10 seconds with this Samsung SSD. 10/10 from me. More reliable too so I've read.

Anyone That Suffers Painful Bloating Please Read
1 of 1 found this helpful Having recently been told by my GP that it's looking likely that I have IBS, along with being diagnosed with Gastritis(inflammation of the stomach lining) and Duodenditis(inflammation of the duodendum), I decided to try new things.
I was prescribed an anti-spasmodic which made me feel dreadful after just a single pill, it shifted the bloating for about an hour and a half to two hours, but the side effects were awful, despite the listed side effects only being a 'rash'. Which I'm used to after having eczema my whole life. I have been given another pill which I'm afraid to take in all honesty.
So I trawled the forums for hours and came across a person mentioning the Gold Kili Ginger Drink, £5+ for 20 sachets, a little pricey I thought but I wanted to try it, plus I enjoy ginger.
I know everyone is different but I noticed a difference within 20 minutes of my first sip, I didn't finish the whole brew cups worth as it was quite strong. But now I manage it no problem, my mouth gets a bit hot and I do NOT like spicy food at all but this is worth 10 mins of having a hot mouth I think.
I do find that this isn't a cure, but it certainly helps, some days more than others. I have two cups per day usually, one just after lunch and one just after tea. I also take Colpermin about an hour ish before lunch and tea, together they provide some relief.
It is definitely worth the £5+ to see if this can help you, trust me. Another thing I found helped me was slicing up about 2 inches of fresh ginger root and a couple of slices of a whole lemon, it's really bitter so I add honey, a teaspoons worth, boil it in a pan on the hob. Obviously add the honey AFTER you pour it from the pan to the cup. I used a sieve to filter any bits out too.
I hope this information helps someone.
