FOCUSING PHENOM !!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful The camera is a “freak”. I have been a Nikon shooter for over 20 years and Sony A9 II has converted me. I was going to “try” this lens with the Sony 200-600 G lens to see what all the hype was about. All my Nikon equipment will be going up for sale. INCLUDING my beloved
Nikon 600 f4 G ED. Hoping to get the Sony 600 f4 - weighs 6 lbs !!!! The focusing on A9II is phenomenal and locks on even at 20 FPS. Not going to lie - Set up of the camera is somewhat difficult, but once you have your buttons customized, you won’t be disappointed. Read all the reviews on line and believe it. I’m convinced.

I tried the cheaper 3rd party grips, and even though they worked, they just weren’t as “solid” as the Sony grip. Meaning…… Sony is going to perform better AND LONGER!
