Defect alert!
This has to be one of the best looking rear bumpers out there for the G35 coupe; I was looking forward to seeing on the rear of mine. I proceeded to buy it and it was shipped via some unheard of shipping company, undamaged. I had it painted (primer coating on it was terrible, had to be sanded off, and re-primed) and then went about drilling holes, not only round ones but rectangular ones as well (to match OE). There were flat metal bar inserts on the inside flanks, that had to be modified in order to properly retain some fasteners. After those hassles were all said and done, lo and behold: the bumper would not fit onto my car!!
There is a Styrofoam piece that was attached to the car's actual frame bumper, and an attempt at trimming that down in the hopes that the gap issues would disappear, was made. After that didn't work, we took off the Styrofoam piece entirely and then tried again. This time, not only were the gaps on both flanks still present but there was also a clearance issue at the bottom, inside of the bumper: the OE plastic mudflap lining was also in the way. These roadblocks were enough for my dad and I to give up by our own efforts.
The next step was to turn to an experienced and professional body shop that would be able to install it. A few inquiries were made at some shops and most would either say they wouldn't be willing to spend the time attempting to install an aftermarket bumper, or would simply give outrageous estimates for the labor (assuming that they would be capable). I finally found a shop, upon referral, that would be willing to attempt to do it for a just under $200. I thought that the professionals would be able to make it happen when I left the car for them to try it on. Hours later, I check back in with them to find out that their attempts had also been fruitless. They told me it would take countless hours to modify the bumper using heating methods and the cost for the hours of labor would be quite high.
At this point, I was very disappointed because all hope was lost. I send a lengthy message to this seller explaining the situation along with the provided pictures of the professionals who failed to install it. They reply complaining that the pictures didn't show enough angles and that they were too small in size. Kudos to them for sending me a return label anyway though. Due to my tight schedule, I was only able to attempt to return the item on the last indicated day. After going through over hours of hassle trying to find a big enough box as well as determining which post office would be able to send such a huge item back, it was then determined that none of the traditional shipping companies (not even the USPS that was on the return shipping label they sent) were able go take such a large-dimensioned item along with the box that I finally found. This would mean that I would have to find a specialized trucking company (such as the one that the package had initially arrived in). By that time, it was too late in the day for a company such as that, to still be open. The five-day return shipping window time frame ended as well as the 30-day period after the initial purchase. The seller promptly requested to Ebay, that the return be cancelled and Ebay shortly thereafter, complied. Since 30 days had already passed, I became ineligible to sort the issue out with either the seller, Ebay, nor Paypal. Now here I am stuck with a painted bumper that is incompatible with any vehicle, unable to sell it to anyone else, or return it to get my money back. I lost $360 on the part along with hundreds to get it re-primed and painted, personal and business labor time, and days of hassle and frustration. How I ended up absolutely unsatisfied dealing with a business that guarantees a 100% satisfaction rate for years now, I don't understand. P.S. The bumper already has a fairly large crack in it due to careful transportation and storage: the material is super fragile and far from ideal.

Worthwhile
Why not save a few bucks: worth the hassle and wait!
