2 of 2 found this helpful First of all this is by far the absolute BEST COFFEE MAKER that I have ever purchased. Fantasic design, it will make 2, 4, or 6 cups of coffee; the brewed coffee goes into the reservoir waiting to be dispensed, it will stay warm for about 4 hours & then you can hit the brew switch again and it will stay hot for another 3-4 hours without getting stronger like most coffee makers. To empty the coffee just lift the top & remove the larger basket with the coffee & the small basket comes with it, so you can remove the coffee grind basket & then empty the coffee reservoir. Easy clean up! Make the most fantasic HOT coffee. Buy it you won't be disappionted!
