New FLEX SEAL Family of Products Black Liquid Rubber Sealant Coating 1 gallon

bad product

There was about an inch of thick stuff on the bottom and would not mix up even with a paddle mixer on a drill. Tried to use what was on top but it was water thin and would not work. I have used this before and it was like a thick paint and worked well. I think this was just too old and did not work right. $75 worth of junk
