Lost one of two dogs after applying these drops.
3 of 3 found this helpful Unfortunately I bought this for 2 of our dogs who had ticks. It was a good deal, and cheaper than most other good things. Now I know that sometimes there's this one in a million chance that something really bad can happen, but you never think you will be that 1. Within 24 hours of applying these tick drops to one of our dogs(exactly as instructed) we woke up the next morning to find him dead. The other dog is still perfectly fine. I assume he had a reaction overnight unfortunately, and we didn't have the opportunity to do anything about it. Now I'm not blaming anyone, but I cannot recommend these drop for that reason. I also do not like the fact that these are different in the way you apply them compared to any other tick drops we have tried. This particular brand wants you to apply it down the entire length of the dog's back, instead of just behind the nape of the neck. I feel that this contributes to it not being as safe as others. The dog has more of a chance of ingesting it this way and I don't like that.

Perfect, and works as intended
I use this when working with isomalt and sugar art. I need to keep them dry and moisture free completely, and this does the trick wonderfully. The packets are nicely sized, and last quite a long time. I will definitely be getting these again.

Does *NOT* work on *Ticks* plus made dog sick
1 of 5 found this helpful I purchased this item in hopes of getting some ticks under control for my Terrier. We live in Phoenix and as soon as it heats up the ticks are insane. I am giving it two stars because it does work on flea control and prevention, but absolutely failed with Ticks. It does not kill them, does not keep them from attaching, and does not stop them from feeding. Though it did make my poor dog extremely sick for 3 days after application. She was throwing up and had bad diarrhea, even having accidents in her crate because she couldn't hold it at all. She has never once went in her crate. I was very close to taking her to the vet. The only reason I didn't was because she was still drinking water. She did not want food as much though. Just beware. We were desperate trying to find something that works on ticks. This did not, and made our dog sick. So we are still searching for some type of solution. I know most people get the drops for fleas, and yes, it does seem to be working for those. This review is for people who are trying to find a TICK medicine that works to kill and prevent tick infestations. Hope this helps.
