Baking blend
I was getting low on my Zathar spice and needed to order more. I decided to try the Lebanese blend to see if there was any difference. It turns out the difference was huge. The Lebanese people apparently use a lot of cracked wheat in their baking. So their Zathar blend has a lot of cracked wheat added to it where Zathar spice is plain spices. It can be useful for baking things like pizza crust or breads. I use my Zathar for other things as well. I would not recommend it to people with gluten allergies. I do believe that Lebanese people would like it since it reflects their cultural cooking. It was sent promptly and arrived quickly.

Easy and fast meals with little effort.
I like the rice cooker because it requires minimal effort to cook small meals. My last child has not to recently left the nest and after the transition I am just looking for easy meals with minimal effort . I do not need elaborate meals that take a long time for one or two people. This rice pot cooks perfect portion sizes with easy clean up.
