Quality poultry shears do the job with gristle and bone. Easy to use.

This book was a quality gift for an origami fan. Included many excellent new designs & a challenge to create.

Kappa speakers
Excellent with the exception of a hardware problem, specifically with the ridiculously small set screw for the tweeters. Three out of four screws loosened fine, the fourth could not be loosened with the minute tool supplied.
Had to drill out screw, put wire in & dump solder in to hold it. I had to get ready for a car show & this made the warranty void.
