Well worth it
Purchased this back up camera for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler JK. Before the camera, I was worried that I really couldn't see well out the back due to the spare; now I can.
The installation was straightforward, but the wiring diagram makes more sense that the written words. One thing to remember is that the license plate bracket has a square hole for the camera to fit into with a notch for the wire. I put it together and then had to undo it. So mock it up first.
Positives: 1) You can see out the back. Picture quality is decent. 2) You can cut a small wire to remove grid lines, which I recommend. 3) It has RCA jacks for other input sources; I installed a front camera too. 4) You can use navigation and DVD while moving (stock Jeep Nav head unit). But it is distracting and not recommended. 5) The manufacturer's support people are helpful (but they're not open weekends). 6) At night, the stock reverse taillights are bright enough to illuminate behind you. I thought I may need to switch to brighter halogen bulbs, but not really necessary.
Not so good: 1) You have to get used to the camera offset (this is why you would remove the grid lines). It is most useful to see what's behind you rather than guide you. 2) The camera feels a little loose in its bracket, but so far it has stayed in. 3) Ultimately I'd like to replace this camera with a bumper-mounted one. But note this camera has 1 RCA jack and one 4-pin jack for the camera, the 4-pin cameras are a little harder to find.
Overall, a great modification for your Jeep Wrangler.

Excellent upgrade for Jeep Wranglers
This is the Mopar 77KICK10 speaker. As soon as you open the package you'll see the physical difference between this and the low-end stock speakers. I got the $4 bag of polyfill at Walmart--not sure if it's necessary but others all recommend it. I did the rear/soundbar speakers first, extremely easy just note which slot takes the longer of the three tabs. Others have said the fronts won't make much difference, but I disagree. I noticed the improvement more in the front speakers than in the sound bar, and the fronts really aren't all that difficult to install. The sound is deeper and the speakers play louder. It is really a significant improvement for your JKU.
I got mine from bamparts. These were open box, but honestly it looked like the box was never opened.

1 of 1 found this helpful I do like this "coin." It is approximately the same size as an Eagle. Can't comment on durability because I didn't take it out of the case, but it looks the same as a US Mint coin too. So, given the low price, I recommend this as a gift or to keep for yourself. 2020!
