Deteriorates Quickly

I have purchased two of these (one after the other) and both deteriorated quickly in the sun. This was in the Central Highlands of Victoria, not known for having a particularly warm climate. Both became powdery and brittle in less than 2 years. Tears appeared easily with the slightest movement. I will be buying a more expensive and better quality brand next. As the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.

Okay, but better suited to smaller bikes.

Product is okay but not so good on bigger road bikes with heavier chains. The plastic fork tends to bend and give you a false reading, but if you are aware of this you can still work with this tool. It would be better if the tool was made from steel. Price is probably twice what it is worth.

These vs ratchet style

I also have the heavy duty ratchet style mirrors, but these are just as good with much less mucking around fitting them and taking them off. They are also a lot cheaper. The heavy duty ratchet ones can also damage your door window seal rubber, scratch the glass and leave road grime marks on your doors. Also, if you knock into something with the ratchets you can put a nasty dent in your door. I recommend these mirror mount ones above the ratchet style for ease of fitment together with car care.
