Wii Fit - Love It

Looking for the perfect gift for my daughter-in-law, I found it as usual on eBay. Dena is a marathon runner/executive and so this item fits her hectic schedule and offers the exercise she was sometimes missing with long hours in the office. Wii Fit focuses on building core strength and balance, so the yoga, aerobic and strength training exercises are all beneficial - and fun! Liked it so much that I bought a second one for myself! I'm 55 years old, but after using my Wii fit for awhile, yesterday it had refigured my fitness age at 44!

Body and lift at last!
