Giant Steps
Easy to read, each chapter was a complete story. Each story demonstrated the Option Process in action, helping people discover, examine and evaluate old beliefs. In most cases, the beliefs were discarded because they were creating unhappiness. I loved it and have currently read 2 more books by the same author and am in the middle of reading a third. Life changing!
