Like brand-new, while having modern niceties
2 of 2 found this helpful This item was quite surprising from the moment it arrived; the box looked brand new, the packaging inside of the box looked brand new, and even the accessories looked brand new as well, and these are all good things!
The earbuds themselves and the charging case barely had any marks on them, and if someone told me that they were never refurbished, I would have believed them. The first impressions were spectacular, and while getting them set up and learning the controls took a bit of time, they operate flawlessly, and I no longer even feel the need to purchase alternative, more expensive earbuds which contain the same features. From active noise cancelling, to ambient awareness features, to even controlling the volume and other features with touch controls, it's quite the capable set.
The fit is a bit tight, and might feel a bit bulky for smaller ears, but with the two sets of stability pieces, and three sets of earbud sizes, it's likely they will be able to fit for you. I did have a moment where after extended use, they made my ears sore, but I was really pushing them into 6-8 hours, which isn't entirely recommended for all earbuds.
Other than that, they're sure to surprise you!
