It's fine but on the large side for a Garmin 396
The case is well made and excellent value. However I've knocked off a star because it is designed as a "one size fits all" to accommodate both the Garmin 396 which has a 4.3 inch screen and the larger Garmin 5 inch 595 or other navs which probably fit well.
My 396 is smaller than the 595 with the effect that it is not held tightly enough inside the case when closed and easily moves around inside which is not ideal. I would much prefer the nav to be gently clamped inside the closed case so that it can't move.
I solved it easily by padding out the case where the nav sits with a folded soft cloth that can also then be used to clean the screen when necesary.

Looks good and is well made.
Basic but very useful storage bag in nice thick leather and looks good on the bike. Only downside is that it is very expensive for what it is. But that applies to all genuine Harley accessories so not unique to this bag.

Excellent following installation
The Drayton is an exact replacement for an old British Gas branded actuator that was at least eight years old and which was sticking open. Can't comment on longevity as I've only installed it today but it's working perfectly.
