1 of 1 found this helpful Very minor cosmetic damage, but not exactly "overstock." Used as a display phone in a store. Title is a little misleading. Works well though: long battery life, high quality camera, no noticeable problems. Came shipped with only a rapid charger so it might be good to buy a normal charger as well.
