TP-Link Kasa Smart Filament Light Bulb Work w/ Alexa & Google Asst KL50

Good value, easy to install, use little energy

We are using these in some outdoor garage lights that are under cover. So very easy to install using the KASA app on my phone. They give a good amount of light output. Now have 4 of these and they are all working well. Use very little energy and I like the dimmable feature. Also can turn them on/off with our Google Home Assistant easily. The photo shows the bulbs at full brightness, but you can dim them down to at least 50% and even less and they still give off decent light.

Good Value

Just bought this and have used it only once, but it seems to be well constructed and should serve my needs for many years as I will just be using it around the house. It was the lowest priced of the ones I looked at but it is a simple device and I don't see much to go wrong with it. A previous reviewer noted that the voltage lights did not light up, but that is because there are NO voltage lights. The little holes labeled "L" and "N" are where you stick your probes for a voltage meter to take a reading.

Battery worked ok but had way too short a life.

I bought this battery for starting my Craftsman mower in March 2022. Worked ok for the summer of 2022. Was plugged into a recharger all winter and this spring (2023) it would not start the mower. It is very weak and I'm going to have to replace it after ONE year. I have bought a number of these type batteries for the mower over the years and this was the shortest lasting battery BY FAR. Most of them have lasted 2-3 years.
