Wish it was chaptered
Both individual workouts are solid. Mindy is low key and professional. My only disappointment was the inability to integrate the two workouts like a circuit

Great for sensitive eyes
If, like me, you have sensitive skin and your allergies affect your eyes, this is a must-have. I use other products, but always rely on this during flare-ups
