Heatsink Raspberry Pi 3 Case
This case acts as a heatsink to keep your Pi cool when running at 100% 24/7. I use it to crunch BOINC data with SETI@Home and when under 100% usage it stays at about 60°C. The case is warm to the touch which means it's working exactly how it should. No throttling taking place with this case!
It comes with four stick on rubber feet which keep it stationary on the desk or wherever you decide to keep it.
You will need some thermal pads to use between the chips and the heatsink contact points. I purchased a 1mm thick pad from eBay and it has worked great for the three contact points.
This case is very sturdy and gives you access to all the ports. There is however no hole to show the activity LEDs for a Raspberry Pi 3 but that isn't a big deal for me. The hole cutout for this is on the right side which should work for the Pi 2 as they moved the LEDs with the newer Pi 3 model.

Great for low power 24/7 system
I used this to motherboard to build a low power system 24/7. Works perfectly!

Really great price for a 500GB HDD. Needed something for 24/7 use for a scrap built Windows machine for a Gridcoin and Bitcoin wallet.
