Sturdy plastic construction. Same or better than the plastic unit that came with the original truck.

JBL Altec Cork Speaker Gasket OEM, 18"

Perfect Fit

All segments fit together perfectly for securing an 18" JBL driver to a JBL 4645 subwoofer (dual port) box. The cork is nice and worth the extra few extra bucks if you want to stick with JBL tradition for these types of speakers.

Beautiful Crown IC-150A Stereo Preamplifier Preamp SERVICED

Crisp, lively sound, clarity, and punch

This preamp has the ability to produce high end sound. Mine is driving four commercial amps - two Ashley FET-500s (each driving a ported JBL pro/cinema speaker w/two 15” drivers and a horn) and two Crown Macro-tech 2400s (each driving a ported JBL pro/cinema speaker w/one 18” sub). I use an active crossover to split off high vs low frequencies, and a passive crossover to split off mid vs high. This pre-amp produces exciting, realistic sound on this system. The clarity and punch of the base is particularly impressive relative to other pre-amps that I have tried on this system.
