This just isn’t right

After nights and nights of research, i was unable to find the fix for why the microphone wont work. Yes the audio output works perferctly fine but for that i plug in any other headphone. I was promised a mic that worked and i got the complete opposite. The linked insurance company wont cooperate with me and i do not like to spend money on hardware i should’ve not bought. I would appreciate support if anyone can help me i will tip you isaacrock10@gmail Issue- microphone will not work
