Not new but workable
Not new. Smells like cigarettes, odd smell. Wrinkled. Wrapped in tissue and no manufactured plastic bag. The item said new but it was not. I can’t find this item anywhere else so I have to keep it, clean it and then use it to shade my babies face from sunny days. Wish it was new as advertised.
