Never even worked

So I hooked it up to my monitor and tried connecting with my Android, my gf Android, my other Android and my iPod and it didn't work. Wifi was connected to all the phones n ipod but the dongle couldn't connect. It said "no internet connection" under the "dongle wifi connection" on the Android.
