Distinguished protection
Nice styling and attention to detail. Provides good looking protection for you phone. I like the cover flap that protects the screen and that can conveniently carry a few credit cards etc. Nice presentation/gift case. Only negative is that it is not completely leather. Inside where the plastic holder for the phone is located there is a plastic panel.
The artificial leather matches the real nicely and doesn't look like plastic but it is. I know this as I modified one to accept a Galaxy S6... I took out the plastic case and glued in a high quality one for my S6. In the process of removal of the original plastic phone holder some of the plastic pulled away.

Best in Class
I've lived with a bad back for 50 years. Discs were damaged in a rock climbing fall back when I was 16. Esther's method is great, excellent background of postures in antiquity and current cultures where physical labor is the norm.
I've lived in developing countries most of my life and often wondered at the better posture of the folks I have worked with compared to back at home in the US. For a variety of reasons the US and other developed nations have neglected good posture and Esther puts us back on track.
Extremely helpful are her chapters on how to sit correctly (seems like everyone should know, but clearly they do not) and on stretch positions while sleeping.
Esther's approach and solutions are simple, clear, and very helpful. Like Huxley said when he read Darwin's exposition of Natural Selection: how simple, why didn't I think of that!

They do work..
Quite a literature on these...allow your eye to not change shape when viewing things at different distances and hence give your muscles a break and possibly retrain them. They are not something you want to use for reading or long periods of time. Possibly good also as sun glasses in dirty conditions, like on the dash of a truck used in dusty construction areas...why? they don't get scratched and they lenses don't get dirty like a clear lens does. Not recommended for driving though as decrease peripheral vision.
