  Received the phone within expected delivery date. Tried to charge the phone multiple ways and it would not charge. Contacted the seller. The response was try a different way. No resolution to the issue. Very unhappy

  The phone was brand new in an open box and FULLY tested prior to shipping. Phone was charged via brick and via cable attached to laptop. Sending me a message stating "phone wont charge" with no pictures or any detailed information on how you are trying to charge the phone does not allow me to provide you with any other solution other than to try a different cable or brick. What else am I supposed to say when I know there were no issues with the phone you received.
