Worked like a charm

At the first glance, I saw no swelled capacitor on the motherboard and it was clean, which was a good news. Removed the RAM and installed mine from old motherboard. Installed, powered up, boot to Win with no issue. Although it was an identical motherboard, I still had to re-register Win 2008 Svr.
