Renogy 150W Watts 12 Volt 150 Watt 12V Solar Panel Mono for Off Grid RV Boat

Very Well Made, Durable Solar Panel, Easy to Use

I got this as a first attempt to supply electricity to our small pop up trailer's battery, off grid. I purchased an MPPT charge controller to connect to the large deep cycle 12VDC battery. I used a pure sine wave inverter to make clean 120VAC to run light loads, mainly to charge (using 120 VAC power supplies) a variety of rechargeable batteries for a DSLR camera, cell phone, and metal detector batteries. This combination worked well. I was careful to keep the load on the battery fairly low as the solar panel is rated at 150 Watts. The most wattage I saw from this panel was around 125 watts. The charge controller did a great job providing the current and wattage needed by the battery to keep it charged up. As the battery became fully charged, lower current amounts would be supplied. The charge controller, powered by the solar panel, provided current ranging from around 9.4 amps down to less than an amp as the battery became fully charged. For my application, I just made a simple support from angle bracket and placed the solar panel on the ground. Certainly it's possible to buy complete kits to make this easier but I wanted to learn about using a solar panel, charge controller and an inverter and hence put my own system together. This single solar panel provided all the electrical power I wanted.

Just a Good Light Hearted Comedy

This is an older movie released in 1994. I would call this an easy to watch comedy with funny sub plots that keep you guessing. One thing I like is if you watch what's going on in the background, there are additional funny things, some subtle, happening. Unlike most movies I watch, this is one I can watch more than once.
