The quality of 3D printing

I was looking for speed loaders for my SAR-556, Glock 17, and Ruger LCP, and saw that RangeTray had all three in various colors. The description and pictures looked good, so I thought I'd give them a try. It took just a couple of days to deliver the goods, and I was ready to see the loaders up close. I was a bit disappointed. Look at the attached photos to see that some of the strands of plastic didn't 'stick', the edges and overall appearance is rough, and the lettering leaves much to be desired. I'm not sure of the integrity of these loaders. If the strands aren't sticking together, and some strands are omitted (look at the lettering), then how many cycles before they break down? Had it been mentioned, or a close-up picture showed that these were 3D printed, I'd have found another 'molded' plastic loader option, even if it cost a few more dollars. RangeTray has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I can send these back if I so desired. I think I'll hold on to them and put them through their paces and see if they'll hold up under real 'Range' conditions. Look for a follow-up report in the near future.
